This meal plan is as flexible as you are. Just pick from our ever-changing and exciting menu and decide if you’d like only dinners, or both lunch and dinners. As always, the meals are prepared and packaged fresh on the day of delivery and all options will be updated the week prior, so you can pick’n plan accordingly.

You’re training for a marathon. Or you’re working on beating a personal time in your next triathlon. You could even be training for life. Wether it’s physical endurance, stamina, weight management, or personal training; whatever it is you are working on, we can prepare target meal plans that will help you be the absolute best you can be.
After an assessment with Chef Hope Allison, you’ll get a customized sample menu for 3 days for you to approve. If you have a personal trainer, coach, or nutritionist, she is more than happy to collaborate with them to keep you goals aligned.

These are fun little add-ons that include two calorie-counted snacks per day made by yours truly. They’re designed to taste good, cure your cravings for processed foods and give you that energy boost when you need it.

You know you want to detox, but you definitely know you don’t want to starve. You’ve been feeling sluggish or you’re carrying around stubborn extra weight. You’re in the right place! Chef Hope Allison will help you cleanse by eliminating processed foods, preparing a clean diet, and equipping you with juice recipes (and/or local juicer recommendations.) This plan will help gently flush your liver and kidneys and rid your body of extra toxicity.
You can choose from a 5 day detox or a 4 week meal plan. While most people can only last about 3 days their first time on a juice cleanse, if you include small meals in between juices, it becomes manageable and still very effective.
