Primarily, most of us do not have a ton of free time after a 40-60 hour work week, fitting in a work-out schedule, making time for hobbies, then there’s always family. How many of you have time to cook and prepare dinner after all of these things? Is it possible for you to make time to create healthy and delicious food for you and your family to sit and talk about your days at least three nights a week? There is nothing better to me, then sharing a home-cooked meal with my husband. How many of you actually sit at the dinner table and enjoy a meal with your family every night? If you do? That is a great way to start 2015 off healthier and happier. If you are having a hard time fitting the cooking into your schedule? Then you may want to consider ordering home-cooked meals created just for you and your family a few time’s a week. This way you can start to sit down and enjoy that special time together I’ve learned to love so much.
I’m here to tell you that I know what it’s like not to make dinner priority. I used to work 13 hour days into the night in restaurant kitchens, getting off around midnight and sometimes later. I would get home to an empty fridge realizing I had not sat down to eat a meal all day. I would look around my cabinets for something to eat, and feel like I never had time to cook. But, wait! I am a cook and I love cooking. This time of not eating well inspired me to start Nutrition To You. I decided that I was going to make it easier for busy people to have a heathly meal on their table every night, no matter what kind of crazy day they had, with no energy left to cook.
