Hi, I’m Chef Hope. With 13 years of cooking experience under my belt, I’m wildly excited and happy to create personalized, nutritious, mouthwatering meals that will assist healthy and active people to stay that way. And to assist people who are less active to start eating the healthy foods their body deserves.
My story: My love affair with cooking started like a lot of passions: accidentally. I lived on a small farming community where I was allowed to pick farm fresh produce that I would take home and experiment cooking unique dishes from farm to table. This is where I realized the power of farm fresh organic vegetables, and where I found my gift for cooking scrumptious, satisfying and wholesome meals. I was constantly cooking for friends and family as well as catering parties for acquaintances. And soon the request for my cooking skills bacame a sign that I should expand on this new found love and was encouraged by my dear older sister to enroll in culinary school.
So, I followed my dream and enrolled in a culinary arts program and started a position as a paid intern in an organic, upscale take-out restaurant. Once I had completed my 2 year program, I spent time working in different restaurants until landing at an upscale athletic cafe’ in Redwood city. There, I had the creative freedom to prepare my own recipes and meal plans targeting health conscious people and trainers of the club. I made nutritious meal plans, calorie-counted ” skinny mini meals’ and wholesome grab n go goodies. It was in this position I found myself inspired to run my own business.
So here I am: with 13 years of cooking experience and more passionate than ever about feeding the healthier you. I’m wildly excited and happy to be able to create personalized, nutritious, mouthwatering meals that will assist healthy and active people to stay that way. And to assist people who are less active to start eating the healthy foods their body deserves.
